Pallet Conveyor System
The pallet conveyor system is suitable for repetitive internal transport and standard routes. With its modular design and energy-saving VFD technology, it provides flexible internal transport between production, storage, picking and despatch, ensuring perfect material flow. The components of the pallet conveyor system offer the advantages of flexibility, ease of installation and maintenance, while the energy-saving VFD technology also reduces operating costs. The main applications are pallet handling and transport, inbound staging and inter-regional distribution.
Single line sorting efficiency can reach up to 3000 box/hour
Carton Conveyor Syetem
Carton conveyor systems are used to convey SHG crates, cartons and pallets thanks to their standardized components. Components with various functions could apply in the respective machine, such as converging, diverting, aligning, edge-to-edge and single-piece separation. Depending on the process and product, they can be combined in different ways to create efficient conveying systems. The main applications are carton and product handling, inter-regional distribution, full case picking and single item picking.

The weight of Single box can be up to 250KG
New Energe Transmission System

New energy conveyor is the basis of automatic conveyor for lithium battery, which is composed of turntable, conveyor belt and so on. The conveyor can realise the rapid transit of lithium battery and make the production process smoother. The feature of the conveyor is automatical control and monitoring the whole production process,more efficient and time-saving.

Warehouse Management System
Warehouse management system mainly consists of racks, stackers, shuttles, conveyors, information systems, automatic control systems, monitoring and other systems. For pallet storage, the system can store the main pallet types and special loads. With different types of stacker cranes, single-extension or multi-extension, different specifications and corresponding storage width, WMS is mainly for raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, goods storage and sorting, automatic replenishment and so on. Carton storage could be used to store and pick SHG crates, cartons and pallets, mainly used for material storage, sequencing, automatic packing, goods-to-person picking, goods-to-robot picking, etc.
